Data Scientist

Role Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Attribution team, responsible for developing data-driven solutions that measure and optimize marketing performance across multiple channels. The role involves building attribution models, performing statistical analysis, developing machine learning models, and generating actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data science, statistics, and marketing analytics, with the ability to solve complex business problems using data Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance attribution models to measure marketing effectiveness across customer touchpoints.
• Build predictive and statistical models to support marketing and business decision-making.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to measure incremental business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Ensure data quality, model accuracy, and continuous improvement of analytical solutions.
• Stay updated with advancements in machine learning, causal inference, and marketing measurement technique Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 10-12 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related domain.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Experience working with large datasets using cloud platforms or distributed computing frameworks is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
