What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SQL databases, ETL pipelines, and data workflows that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable datasets and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide actionable business insights.
• Drive automation and process improvements using scripting and modern data engineering practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Document data architectures, workflows, and best practices while staying current with emerging trends in data engineering and analytics
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, with 4-5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong expertise in SQL, database design, performance optimization, ETL development, and data warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (such as Python or VB Scripting), data integration tools, and cloud-based data solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and passion for continuous learning.
