JOB TITLE: Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

To manage and support HR systems, Learning Management, Performance Management, and HR Analytics functions across the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, insightful reporting, and seamless execution of talent and learning processes through Oracle HCM Cloud and Power BI. Validation of data sent for system entry

HRIS Administration

• Administer and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules and related HR systems.
• Process and validate employee lifecycle transactions, organizational changes, and workforce data updates.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR governance standards.
• Support system testing, UAT, and implementation of new enhancements and releases.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT and vendors for resolution.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
  
  

• Administer Oracle Learning Management System (LMS).
• Create, assign, and maintain learning courses, learning plans, and certifications.
• Monitor learning compliance and training completion rates.
• Support employees and managers with learning-related queries.
• Generate learning analytics and compliance reports.
• Coordinate learning campaigns and system communications.
  
  

• Administer annual goal-setting and performance review cycles.
• Configure and maintain performance management templates, workflows, and eligibility criteria.
• Monitor completion status and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Support calibration and talent review processes.
• Generate performance metrics, reports, and trend analysis.
• Provide end-user support and training on performance management processes.
  
  

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for HR Operations, Talent Management, Learning, and Workforce Analytics.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from Oracle HCM Cloud and other HR systems.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Create workforce analytics dashboards covering headcount, attrition, diversity, learning compliance, performance, and talent metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Support data governance initiatives and reporting standardization.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS, Learning Administration, Performance Management, and HR Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Learning, Talent Management, Performance Management).
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with data visualization and workforce analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Oracle HCM Reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts).
• Experience supporting global HR Operations environments.
• Knowledge of HR metrics, talent management, and learning compliance reporting.
• Experience in dashboard automation and executive-level reporting.
