Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success / Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, resolving basic product-related issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in both English and Hindi, along with a customer-focused approach and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and support channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Assist customers with basic product/application-related queries.
• Coordinate with the Technical, Product, and Internal Support Teams for issue resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved within the expected timeline.
• Maintain proper records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Provide basic guidance and support to customers regarding application features and processes.
• Escalate technical or complex issues to the concerned internal team.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• Support customer onboarding and provide basic product orientation when required.
• Identify recurring customer issues and communicate them to the relevant internal teams.
• Meet defined customer support and service-level targets.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi – Mandatory.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over phone calls.
• Ability to understand and explain information clearly.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  

• Qualification: Any Degree.
• Experience: Freshers to 6 months of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Telecalling, Client Servicing, or a similar role.
• Candidates with experience in BPO, Customer Support, Client Support, or SaaS/Software support will be an added advantage.
• English & Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
