Job Description
- Monitor and analyze credit card transactions to identify potential fraudulent activities.
- Investigate fraud alerts and determine whether transactions are genuine or fraudulent.
- Take timely and appropriate action to prevent and mitigate financial fraud.
- Coordinate with internal teams as per established fraud control procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Support fraud detection, prevention, and risk mitigation activities.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and security guidelines.
