As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration with various teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within the SAP environment.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to work with HANA database technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization techniques in SAP ABAP.
• Experience in integrating SAP modules and working with various SAP tools and frameworks.
