Job Description

As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our companys financial operations. Your primary responsibility will be to process and analyze credit applications, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. You will work closely with the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team to provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review credit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Conduct thorough credit analyses, assessing the financial health and creditworthiness of applicants.
  • Collaborate with the CCE team to provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding credit applications.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit processing activities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with credit processing, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit processing to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present credit processing reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing credit processing policies and procedures to enhance overall operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the CCE team and other departments.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve credit processing workflows and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in credit analysis and processing.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools for credit assessment and processing.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards related to credit processing.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • A positive and customer-centric attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
