Knowledge of provider credentialing and its direct impact on the practices revenue cycle
Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and Internet use Detail oriented with above average organizational skills
Plans and prioritizes to meet deadlines
Excellent customer service skills; communicates clearly and effectively Flexible to work in Night Shift
Candidate should have experience in calling payers / talking to providers – Voice Profile Good written skills and excellent customer service skills
Any Graduation or diploma. 3 plus years credentialing experience preferred
3-5 years of proven experience.
