Key responsibilities encompass:Technical Excellence: Transportation Management Systems (TMS),Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Route Optimization SoftwareOversee the order management process from order entry to delivery. Lead a team of order management analysts. Ensure data accuracy and timely processing of orders. Resolve complex order-related issues and customer complaints. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
