Position Overview

We’re looking for a high-ownership SEO & Growth Specialist who doesn’t just follow best practices but questions them, experiments boldly, and executes fearlessly. This role is for someone who can read SERPs like a story, understand search intent deeply, and translate data into real, measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own SEO execution end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to delivering measurable outcomes
• Read and interpret SERPs and search intent to guide content, page structure, and optimization strategies
• Build and scale SEO and growth initiatives from zero to one, independently and confidently
• Optimize content and pages for SEO → AEO, including featured snippets, FAQs, and AI-driven answers
• Use GA4 and Search Console to track performance, validate insights, and avoid assumption-based decisions
• Analyze traffic, engagement, and conversion data to identify patterns and growth levers
• Run fast experiments, document learnings, and iterate quickly based on results
• Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to drive organic growth
• Take full ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, with minimal supervision
  
  

• Hands-on experience in SEO execution, with the ability to analyze SERPs and clearly identify search intent
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and how they translate into AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
• Practical experience building and executing SEO or growth initiatives from zero to one
• Excellent working knowledge of GA4, with the ability to rely on data — not assumptions or opinions
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and convert insights into clear actions
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of SEO initiatives, from planning to execution
  
  

• Working knowledge of Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and SEO auditing tools
• Experience running SEO experiments, tracking results, and iterating quickly
• Exposure to content strategy, on-page optimization, and internal linking frameworks
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with minimal guidance
• Ability to communicate insights and decisions clearly to stakeholders
