Job Summary

Consulting Analyst role in a hybrid work model focusing on complex router technologies ( Meta Router (Preferred)

) and modern application routing solutions for multinational clients in the telecom and digital services sectors. The role involves analyzing client needs designing scalable routing architectures and guiding implementation that optimizes reliability revenue flows and customer experience while aligning with business strategy and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive detailed consulting assessments that analyze client routing ecosystems across ICM Router Servers React Router and Cloud Router to identify performance gaps reliability risks and optimization opportunities that directly improve service continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Design robust routing solutions that integrate ICM Router Servers with Cloud Router platforms and application level routing using React Router to create scalable architectures that support high transaction volumes and evolving digital service demands.
• Provide expert guidance on configuring and tuning router services to improve latency throughput and fault tolerance while keeping operational overhead manageable and aligning configurations with enterprise standards and audit expectations.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional client teams in architecture operations and product to translate complex routing requirements into practical implementation roadmaps and clear milestones that reduce delivery risk and accelerate value realization.
• Develop comprehensive solution documentation that explains routing flows error handling paths and integration touchpoints in language understandable for technical and business stakeholders to support smoother adoption and ongoing maintenance.
• Analyze incident trends and routing related defects to propose targeted corrective actions and preventive measures that strengthen platform resilience and reduce revenue impact caused by service disruptions.
• Guide migration initiatives where legacy routing components are transitioned to modern Cloud Router and React Router based designs ensuring minimal downtime structured cutover plans and transparent communication to affected business units.
• Coordinate with security and compliance specialists to ensure routing solutions meet data protection standards logging expectations and regulatory obligations especially for clients in highly regulated telecom and digital billing environments.
• Support capacity planning and forecasting by modeling traffic patterns and growth scenarios so that router topologies scale effectively without unnecessary cost while sustaining consistent experience for end users.
• Advise client stakeholders on hybrid work collaboration practices and tooling that keep project communication clear and traceable across onsite and remote participants while maintaining focus on delivery outcomes and accountability.
• Craft concise yet informative presentations and walkthroughs that help client management understand routing solution benefits risk mitigations and alignment with broader digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate testing strategies including functional performance and failover tests to validate routing behavior across ICM Router Servers Cloud Router components and React Router paths before production deployment.
• Mentor junior team members in structured analysis techniques solution documentation practices and router technology fundamentals so that team capability grows and project delivery remains sustainable.
  
  

• Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in ICM Router Servers with proven experience in designing configuring and optimizing complex routing scenarios for medium to large enterprises.
• Bring solid practical experience in React Router for modern web applications including route design navigation patterns and error handling that supports intuitive and resilient user flows.
• Apply advanced Cloud Router knowledge across at least one major cloud environment with emphasis on scalable routing inter service communication and secure connectivity between distributed components.
• Leverage domain exposure in telecom to interpret routing and integration needs related to network services subscriber management and quality of service expectations that influence solution choices.
• Utilize familiarity with billing and revenue management processes to ensure routing and integration designs support accurate rating invoicing and revenue assurance flows without bottlenecks or data loss.
• Exhibit strong consulting skills including structured problem solving stakeholder communication and clear documentation that enable effective collaboration in a hybrid work setting with day shift operations.
