Responsibilities
Business Consulting & Digital Transformation
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and business process optimization initiatives.
- Drive strategic advisory engagements focused on operational excellence, cost optimization, and business value realization.
- Define transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct application portfolio rationalization, process assessments, and technology modernization initiatives.
SAP & Enterprise Solutions Leadership
- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, upgrade, and AMS programs.
- Provide solution architecture and consulting across SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, QM, EAM/PM, PS, SRM, CRM, SCM, MDG, HCM, PI, and APM.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP and third-party enterprise applications.
- Drive governance, quality, and delivery excellence across ERP transformation programs.
Supply Chain & Asset Management
- Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes including planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and distribution.
- Lead Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) initiatives covering maintenance strategy, reliability engineering, planning, execution, and performance improvement.
- Implement best practices such as TPM, RCM, WCM, TQM, and predictive maintenance methodologies.
Sales, Pre-Sales & Business Development
- Develop sales strategies and solution offerings to drive revenue growth.
- Support large-scale bids, proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Build executive-level relationships with customers and strategic partners.
- Drive account mining and cross-selling opportunities across global accounts.
Product & Innovation Management
- Lead product strategy, roadmap definition, and solution development initiatives.
- Drive innovation leveraging AI/ML, analytics, automation, RPA, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Identify opportunities to develop industry-specific products and digital platforms.
Leadership & Delivery Management
- Lead global consulting, delivery, and presales teams across multiple geographies.
- Establish delivery governance, KPIs, SLA frameworks, and operational excellence programs.
- Mentor consulting and technical teams to build future leadership capabilities.
- Manage P&L, resource planning, stakeholder communications, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- SAP Certifications preferred.
- PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Six Sigma Green Belt certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, governance frameworks, and enterprise transformation methodologies.
Required Experience
- 20+ years of experience in SAP consulting, digital transformation, enterprise applications, and business consulting.
- Proven experience leading global SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and AMS engagements.
- Strong track record in supply chain management, asset lifecycle management, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience managing global delivery centers and large consulting teams.
- Demonstrated success in sales, pre-sales, solution management, and business growth initiatives.
