You’ll build and run Entropik’s community for researchers across Asia-Pacific and North America. That means growing it across platforms, keeping it active and helpful, and making it a channel we can bring into our other campaigns. Along the way, you’ll learn how outreach, content and marketing fit together, work with sales on customer marketing, and become a face of our video content.
Freshers are welcome :) We care more about energy, curiosity, and ownership than years of experience. Gen Z or not doesn’t matter; we want someone who’d rather try something and fail than sit in a meeting talking about it.
What You’ll Do
Build the community
Build a community of researchers across platforms such as Slack and LinkedIn, so we can bring them into the other campaigns we run.
Bring in new members who can contribute, and welcome each one.
Make sure no question goes unanswered for more than a working day, on any platform.
Post a question, a thought, or a thought-leadership post every week.
Send a weekly digest of the best threads, and flag the ones worth using in other campaigns.
Run live sessions and videos
Help run monthly study-design clinics, AMAs, podcasts and webinars, from booking guests to the run-of-show.
Handle the camera, lights, and sound, appear on camera when needed, and cut recordings into short clips.
Get internal teams to record product demos and feature-release videos. Once you know the platform well, you can become the face of that series yourself.
Work with sales
Help bring our customer marketing channel to life with the sales team. This is already underway.
Create and track
Turn the best questions and threads into posts, Quora answers, and short videos.
Log the numbers every Friday: members joined, weekly activity, questions answered, and threads started by members.
Your First 30 Days
You’ll join while the community is being built, so you’ll see it go from an empty Slack workspace to its first live session.
Week 1: Shadow the marketing team and our in-house content writer. Learn the audience and the platform, and help set up channels, rules, and the welcome flow.
Week 2: Help send personal invitations to founding members and soft-launch the community.
Week 3: Help run the first study-design clinic and send the first weekly digest.
Week 4: Help produce the first AMA and run a short member survey.
Week 5: Join the 30-day review and help decide what changes next.
Who We’re Looking For
You love talking to people, online and in person, and you’d rather help them than sell to them.
You’re comfortable on camera, or keen to get comfortable fast.
You can handle basic camera, lighting, and editing, or you’re willing to learn in your first month.
You write clearly and quickly, and you know how to use AI tools well. We see AI as an investment when it’s used well.
Nice to have: You’ve run a college club, a Discord or WhatsApp group, a YouTube channel, a podcast or an event. Interest in research, UX, or B2B SaaS is a bonus, not a requirement.
How To Get Ahead Of The Line
Send a 60-second video intro to marketing@entropik.io. Tell us about a community you’ve been part of, or one you’d love to build. If you’ve made anything, like a reel, a post, or a group you run, add a link.
