Project Role : Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Summary:
In the role of Cloud Services Engineer, a typical day involves serving as the primary point of contact between the client and internal operations teams to facilitate smooth communication and address any support or escalation needs. The role requires monitoring the health of service delivery, proactively identifying and explaining any performance challenges or risks to all relevant stakeholders. The engineer ensures that cloud orchestration and automation systems function efficiently, meeting established service level agreements with minimal interruptions. Regular performance meetings are conducted to review consumption data, share insights, and discuss trends to maintain optimal service quality and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance cloud service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the team and with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Experience with cloud orchestration and automation tools to manage and optimize cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud services.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and consumption data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with service level agreements and maintaining operational standards to ensure minimal downtime.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
