This freelance, remote role offers complete flexibility, allowing you to manage your schedule while complementing your current work or private practice.

You’ll become part of a trusted community of Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors committed to expanding access to quality mental health care worldwide.

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
• Treat a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more
• Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes

• Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
• Expertise: CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• Experience: Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours
• Languages: Fluency in English, Tamil, and Malayalam
• Preferred: EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching
• Bonus: Openness to occasional onsite work
