As a Check-in Executive, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their check-in process and ensuring a smooth and efficient boarding experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome passengers at the check-in counter
• Verify travel documents and ensure they are valid
• Assist passengers with the check-in process and issue boarding passes
• Weigh and tag baggage and ensure it meets airline regulations
• Handle any special requests or accommodations for passengers
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure a seamless boarding process
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Follow all safety and security procedures as per airline regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized check-in area at all times Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of airline reservation systems
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required
