As a Senior Associate in Cybersecurity, you will focus on safeguarding organizations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies. You will identify vulnerabilities, develop secure systems, and provide proactive solutions to protect sensitive data. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will confirm secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients, designing and implementing strategies to manage user identities and protect information.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, use a broad range of tools to generate new ideas, and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies and client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
• Managing user identities and access rights to validate secure and efficient system access
• Utilizing Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management for identity verification and access control
• Developing secure systems and solutions to address cybersecurity vulnerabilities
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions
• Analyzing complex cybersecurity challenges and providing proactive solutions
• Applying encryption technologies and identity-based encryption to safeguard data
• Leading initiatives in federated identity management and identity governance frameworks
• Conducting vulnerability management and IT risk assessments to enhance security measures
• Documenting technical specifications and system requirements for identity management solutions
• Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in cybersecurity best practices
• Building and maintaining client relationships to support cybersecurity objectives
• Navigating complex situations and adapting to changing cybersecurity landscapes
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex cybersecurity challenges
• Excelling in identity verification and access management systems
• Developing insights through data interpretation and critical thinking
• Navigating ambiguity while building meaningful client relationships
