Job Description

As a CCE, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and providing timely and accurate assistance. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will be part of a dynamic team, working collaboratively to achieve excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and offer solutions to their queries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and provide seamless support.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate and consistent information.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and suggestions, and provide valuable insights to improve our services.
  • Ensure compliance with company protocols and quality standards in all customer interactions.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge to better serve our customers.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills and a commitment to meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
