Job Description

Urban Company is expanding across India, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of building that expansion.

As we continue to grow into new markets and strengthen existing ones, we’re hiring category associates across 2 locations: Kochi and Coimbatore.

As a category associate, you’ll get hands-on exposure to building and scaling a category in a geography, understanding the local market, managing partners, solving operational challenges, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end category operations and execution.
Own geography-level business performance and develop market understanding.
Manage partners proactively and drive supply growth.
Coordinate cross-functionally and manage key stakeholders.
Identify problems and drive effective solutions.
Drive business impact and growth.

You’ll get exposure beyond just execution; you’ll learn how a business works at a city/geography level, from understanding local demand and supply to managing partners and driving growth.
Work mode: WFO – 6 days/week
Maximum Salary: ₹25,000 - 28000/month
