About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Industrial Trainee to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for CA students who have completed their intermediate level and are looking for hands-on industry experience as part of their training. The role will provide exposure to financial reporting, accounting, taxation, and corporate finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Support in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Work on reconciliation of accounts, ledgers, and financial data validation.
• Conduct research on financial trends, policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams for audits, process improvements, and reporting.
• Handle ad-hoc finance-related tasks and projects assigned by the finance team.
  
  

• CA Industrial Trainee (cleared Intermediate level).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  
  

• Prior internship experience in finance, accounting, or taxation is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
