Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Presentation & Content Specialist who can create high-impact PowerPoint decks for B2B and B2C audiences. The role requires strong collaboration with technical teams to translate product details into clear, business-focused presentations, while also contributing to SEO-friendly content writing and proofreading.

Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging, and user-centric content for websites, applications, and other digital platforms. Develop content that supports and aligns with UI/UX design principles.
• Support the development of use cases and business requirement documentation. Help create and maintain design documentation and content guidelines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that enhance user experience.
• Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations and client decks for sales pitches, product demos, business reviews, and leadership presentations across both B2B and B2C use cases.
• Collaborate closely with developers and QA testers to understand product features, workflows, and technical concepts, and translate them into clear, business-friendly narratives.
• Support the sales and pre-sales teams by developing customized pitch decks, demo flows, and value-driven presentations for client meetings and sales calls.
• Ensure all presentations are visually compelling, brand-aligned, story-driven, and consistent in design, messaging, and tone across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop and refine content for presentations, product materials, and marketing assets, ensuring SEO-friendly writing, accurate messaging, and high editorial quality through thorough proofreading.
• Participate in internal and external discussions when required to present decks, support demos, gather feedback, and continuously improve presentation and content effectiveness.
  
  

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Experience: 2 - 5 years of Experience in Technicial content writing and Business Presentation specialist
• Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of UI technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing relevant writing and design projects, demonstrating your ability to create content that enhances user experience.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics, usability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Recent graduates or those with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
