We’re looking for a Business Development professional to manage inbound leads, build client relationships, and drive growth through sharp pitches and presentations. You’ll be part of the Strategy team, turning conversations into opportunities and opportunities into lasting partnerships.

What you’ll do

Manage inbound leads from first contact to conversion, tracking them through the sales pipelineConduct client meetings, reviews, and presentations — including travel when requiredStrategize and collaborate with creative teams to develop tailored pitch decks and proposalsOwn and deliver business pitches that showcase One MG’s strategic and creative capabilitiesMaintain lead and opportunity records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-upsSupport leadership in negotiations and deal closuresTrack business development metrics and contribute to internal growth reviews

What we’re looking for

1–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales, ideally within a creative, advertising, or digital agencyStrong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing situationsAbility to understand client needs and translate them into compelling proposalsDetail-driven, deadline-focused, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyProactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the growth of One MGComfortable with frequent travel for client meetings and business discussions
