What youll be doing:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements in collaboration with the MDM Lead and key stakeholders
• Support the breakdown of high-level requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements
• Review and analyze the existing gap analysis and help translate identified gaps into prioritized user stories and backlog items
• Help prioritize requirements by identifying quick wins, dependencies, and delivery complexity
• Translate agreed requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items for development teams
• Support delivery activities by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarifications
  
  

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain requirement documentation and traceability as inputs evolve
• Support the MDM Lead with documentation, analysis, and follow-ups across workstreams
• Help ensure alignment between documented requirements and delivered functionality
  
  

What youll need:

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst on data or platform initiatives
• Proven experience gathering requirements through workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories
• Solid understanding of data concepts such as master data, reference data, data quality, and integrations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Experience working in cross-functional, global teams
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) or enterprise data platforms
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Basic understanding of APIs, data ingestion patterns, and outbound data consumption
• Experience working alongside solution architects and development teams
• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Azure SQL, Databricks, or similar
• Experience in a product-based or platform-led environment
