Business Analyst - Scrum

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, refining product backlogs, ensuring Agile best practices, and driving efficient delivery of business solutions.</p><div align="center" style="text-align:center;"><hr align="center"></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><strong>Business Analysis:</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.</li><li>Develop user stories, process flows, wireframes, and business cases.</li><li>Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.</li><li>Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics for business solutions.</li><li>Work with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with business needs.</li></ul><div><strong>Scrum Master Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).</li><li>Remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.</li><li>Ensure proper tracking of sprint progress, burn-down charts, and other Agile metrics.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement within Agile teams.</li></ul><div align="center" style="text-align:center;"><hr align="center"></div><div><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master.</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe).</li><li>Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello. &nbsp;Knowledge in Azure DevOps will be given priority.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.</li><li>Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business process modeling.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL, data analysis or basic programming along with ability to work on tools like MS Excel, MS Word, etc.</li><li>Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.</li><li>Business Analysis Certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.</li></ul><div align="center" style="text-align:center;"><hr align="center"></div><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Understanding of DevOps practices and Agile scaling frameworks.</li></ul>
