What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model. Banking services refer to the various financial services provided by banks to their customers. It includes account opening, kyc, managing accounts, processing transactions, offering loans and credit cards and mortgages, providing investment products, insurance servies and facilitating payments. Banks aim to help individuals and businesses manage their finances efficiently and securely. Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.

What are we looking for? -Direct involvement in preparing and reporting all the process metrics to Management and other stakeholders within the stipulated time. Automate the required reports and provide real time transparency on the business insights. Suggest the required control measurements to ensure the process SLAs are met. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the repository for status reports, trackers, change requests, etc…
• Monitor project trackers to ensure timely updates and performance reporting process
• Prepare the Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Client Dashboards/MIS reports
• Implement continuous process improvement ideas at We Innovate for improving the process.
• Develop Macros for the process improvement ideas suggested by the team
• Flexible to work in any shift based on business requirement including rotational shifts
• Good Excel knowledge and number crunching (Tech Savvy)
• Able to network with various teams with good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Knowledge in PowerApps platforms (Power BI, PowerApps)
• Adhere to Internal / External Policy
