NTT DATA is hiring experienced Fenergo Implementation Consultants to support a strategic engagement with Banking projects. The role involves delivering Fenergo-based Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions for onboarding, KYC, and regulatory compliance aligned with Irish and EU banking standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in end-to-end Fenergo implementation for IRISH BANK programsConfigure and customize Fenergo CLM platform including:Workflow & Rules EngineData ModelUI componentsWork closely with Irish Bank stakeholders (Business, Compliance, Ops, IT)Translate requirements into functional and technical specificationsSupport KYC, AML, onboarding, remediation workflowsEnsure alignment with Irish & EU regulatory frameworks (AMLD, GDPR, MiFID II)Collaborate with integration teams for API / system integrations

Participate in:SIT / UATDefect resolutionProduction supportPrepare and maintain:BRDs / FRDsDesign documentationTest casesContribute to Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

Required Skills & Experience4–10 years of experience in Fenergo implementation projectsStrong domain knowledge in:KYC / AML / CLMClient onboarding in bankingHands-on experience in:Fenergo configurationWorkflow & rule designExperience working with global banking clientsUnderstanding of EU/UK/Irish regulatory environmentExperience in system integration (REST/SOAP APIs)Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred SkillsPrior experience working on IRISH or European banking clientsExposure to:SQL / XML / JSONJava or .NET (for technical roles)Agile / Scrum delivery experienceFenergo certification (good to have)
