We are looking for a skilled Mechanical BIM Modeler to join a dynamic MEP BIM team, responsible for creating high-quality, coordinated 3D models for mechanical systems. This role focuses on delivering accurate BIM models that support design, coordination, and construction documentation across both domestic and international projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that mechanical designs are efficiently translated into detailed digital models, enabling seamless collaboration across disciplines.

As part of a collaborative environment, you will work closely with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams to ensure models are clash-free, compliant with standards, and aligned with project requirements. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in BIM tools, particularly Revit MEP, and a keen eye for detail in design coordination.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP
  • Create coordinated 3D models and generate accurate shop drawings for construction
  • Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to resolve design conflicts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, plumbing, and architectural disciplines
  • Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific standards
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute to resolving technical issues
  • Support both Indian and international MEP projects with consistent quality and accuracy
  • Maintain model integrity, data accuracy, and version control throughout the project lifecycle

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3-10 years of experience in Mechanical BIM modeling within MEP projects
  • Strong proficiency in Revit MEP (mandatory) with hands-on modeling experience
  • Working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD for coordination and drafting
  • Solid understanding of BIM standards such as LOD and COBie
  • Educational background in Mechanical Engineering (Diploma or Bachelors degree)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality models
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience working on large-scale or international projects is an added advantage
  • Ability to manage timelines and deliver outputs in a fast-paced project environment
