Break Classification & Exception Handling: Engineer automated break classification and triage models to categorize discrepancies, assign break ownership, and accelerate root-cause analysis.
Scalable Data Pipeline Development: Develop and optimize high-throughput data extraction, transformation, and ingestion pipelines using Python (Advanced), SQL (Advanced), and Apache Spark / PySpark for large-scale financial and transactional datasets.
Technical Specification & BRD Translation: Partner with business analysts, operations teams, and product owners to translate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) into detailed technical designs, data mapping specifications, and schema definitions.

Audit, Risk & Control Adherence: Ensure all built reconciliations satisfy internal audit, risk management, and regulatory control mandates as a required supervisory control mechanism.
Technical Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to technical authority on reconciliation logic, data schemas, and pipeline performance for peer developers, QA analysts, and business partners.
Stakeholder Alignment: Actively liaise with upstream data providers, downstream consumers, operations specialists, and enterprise architecture leads to resolve data friction and ensure delivery milestones are met.

• 6–8+ years of hands-on software development, data engineering, or reconciliation systems configuration experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets.
• Proven track record as a senior individual contributor delivering complex, business-critical technical solutions independently.
• Python (Advanced): Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, data processing, script automation, REST/gRPC API development.
• SQL (Advanced): Complex joins, CTEs, analytical window functions, query execution plan optimization across relational and cloud data warehouses.
