AI/ML system integration, CloudFormation), CloudWatch, Document processing pipelines or OCR systems, Experience with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR), Grafana), Healthcare domain knowledge (FHIR, HL7, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Observability tooling (DataDog, prior authorization workflows), Prometheus, SOC 2, and event-driven architectures, API design and integration with third-party systems, Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, or Azure), Proven track record of building and operating real production systems (not just side projects), Queues, Strong fundamentals in TypeScript and/or Python, Understanding of asynchronous processing, GCP

• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript and/or Python
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Understanding of asynchronous processing, queues, and event-driven architectures
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Healthcare domain knowledge (FHIR, HL7, prior authorization workflows)
• Experience with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Observability tooling (DataDog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Document processing pipelines or OCR systems
