About the Role:

We are looking for a Software Developer with strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, and SQL Server to join our development team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing web and Windows-based applications while working closely with the team to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET.
Develop and enhance both web-based and Windows applications.
Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations using SQL Server.
Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes.
Debug and resolve software defects to improve application stability and performance.
Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
Participate in application enhancements, maintenance, testing, and deployment activities.
Follow good coding, documentation, and development practices.
Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to deliver projects within timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with C# and .NET development.
Strong working knowledge of SQL Server, including queries and stored procedures.
Experience developing web and/or Windows applications.
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of database design and application-to-database integration.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

Experience with ASP.NET / .NET Framework or .NET Core.
Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or front-end technologies.
Experience with application integration or APIs.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and version control systems.

You will work on business applications that involve application development, web technologies, database management, and system integration, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of Aetram's technology solutions.
