Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong DevOps background, hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-native solutions, and the ability to solve complex infrastructure and deployment challenges.

This role requires a professional who is comfortable working across the full software delivery lifecycle, from cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation to application deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence. In addition, candidates should possess working knowledge of Java-based applications and be capable of participating in technical design discussions, coding exercises, and architecture reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related automation tools.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Automate cloud provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Build and maintain containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
• Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment, release management, and production stability.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Drive DevSecOps practices, security controls, and compliance standards within cloud environments.
• Participate in technical solutioning, architecture discussions, and system design reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex production and platform issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills & ExperiencePrimary Skills (Must Have)

• 8 to 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps services and CI/CD implementation.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates).
• Strong experience in cloud networking, security, identity management, and governance.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
  
  

Secondary Skills (Preferred)

• Good hands-on experience with Java and enterprise application deployments.
• Understanding of Java application architecture and performance considerations.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and related frameworks.
• Experience supporting Java workloads in cloud-native environments.
