Makes recommendations regarding new technologies, tools and techniques that would provide value and benefit to the Enterprise in the areas of monitoring, operations automation, ITIL functions, and Service Desk.

Assists in managing the IT Infrastructure budget to include cost reduction opportunities for technology and infrastructure spending. Experienced in establishing and managing a budget for support, maintenance and hardware lifecycle refresh

Oversees the development and execution of processes designed to proactively maintain infrastructure systems and services and to ensure appropriate service levels and customer satisfaction

Directs the staffing and performance management of IT infrastructure positions to include the training and development of direct reports

Works with third party vendor relationships to support the effective and cost efficient delivery of IT Infrastructure services focused on Operations Monitoring, ITIL functions, and Capacity Management services.

Conversant at a high level in all areas of infrastructure design/integration – required to understand and direct operational outages when required.

Develop standards and implement procedures for service desk personnel, NOC personnel, and various ITIL team functions.

Provides management guidance for monitoring requirements for application and external dependent parties.

Responsible for management key vendors such as ServiceNow.

Reviews and assists in the creation of policies and procedures for Operational readiness and on-going operational production run.
