Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in test automation. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Selenium, Playwright, and test automation frameworks, with hands-on experience in scripting, API testing, database validation, and CI/CD integration. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java-based automation frameworks.
• Develop and execute UI automation suites using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
• Create reusable test components and automation utilities to improve testing efficiency.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into automated test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Execute API testing and validate service responses.
• Perform database validation using SQL queries.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to identify test requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects through closure.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Generate automation execution reports and testing metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Experience working with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
