We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in administering, configuring, and supporting Atlassian Jira Data Center, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Data Center in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for platform administration, customization, performance optimization, high availability, security, governance, and integrations across the Atlassian ecosystem. This role requires strong expertise in Jira Data Center architecture, workflow customization, scripting, automation, plugin administration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable Atlassian solutions.

Key Responsibilities include administering, configuring, and maintaining Jira Software Data Center, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Data Center environments. This involves performing installation, upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance with minimal downtime. The role requires designing and maintaining workflows, schemes, screens, and project configurations; creating automation rules and scripts using ScriptRunner; and configuring Agile boards, dashboards, and Service Management portals. Additionally, the administrator will manage Confluence spaces, user permissions, and identity management systems like LDAP, SAML, and SSO. They will also install and manage Marketplace applications, monitor performance and system logs, support migrations, develop integrations with tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Slack, and ensure security compliance and documentation standards.

Required Skills include 6–8 years of experience in enterprise Jira and Confluence administration. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with Jira Data Center architecture, workflow models, and Agile configurations. They should possess expertise in Jira Service Management, ScriptRunner, Groovy scripting, and REST APIs. Experience with Confluence space management, Marketplace applications, and user identity frameworks like AD/SAML is essential. Technical proficiency in Linux, JVM tuning, reverse proxies, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) is required, along with knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and disaster recovery strategies. Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are also necessary.
