Job Description

Treasury Cash Analyst is responsible for ensuring adequate liquidity of funds to manage the Operational cash requirement. Analyst has to independently work with Operations, Finance, Affiliate Treasury, Banks to manage Cash effectively.

Responsibilities

Bank Verification Process

• Download file from Wall Street / Inter banking -- Bank Accounts Balance & Movements
• Analyze difference between Forecast "prior day" vs Actual
• Bank Verification Report -- Send by email to Cash Planning Analyst
  
  
  

• Cash Position setup -- Create new file with prior day balance
• Input of operating payments and collection
• Inputs of FX, Investment or Redemption
• Request to Trading Desk -- Investment or debt
• Input of financial transaction from Trading Desk
• Prepare & Send Wire Transfer through Wall Street/Inter banking/ PDF letter
• Verification of movements on Bank statement through bank web site/Inter banking
• Prepare end of day report
  
  
  

• Prepare and send report of judicial block movements
• Support to Accounting analysis with un-reconciled items
• Support to other areas: details of movements on bank accounts
• Target Balance Accounting process -- Brazil and Argentina
  
  
  

• Debit and Credit Tax Control (Argentina)
  
  
  

• Control Testing and Annual Record Review
• Review and Update Desk Procedures
• BCP / DRP Annual Review and Testing
  
  
  

• Ability to adapt to changing business environment
• Must be able to communicate with Banks and location independently
  
  
  

• Publishing KPI to the Management
• Submission of daily cash position report
  
  
  

• MBA with around 1-3 years of Experience in Treasury.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have good organization skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize work
