CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

This role will work closely with our Senior Manager, Marketing Automation and partner with marketing stakeholders across the firm to support campaign execution, lead management, marketing technology initiatives, reporting, and process optimization. YOUR ROLE.
CohnReznick is seeking a Marketing Automation Associate Manager to support the execution, optimization, governance, and technical administration of Adobe Marketo Engage programs. This role is responsible for marketing automation campaign development, lead lifecycle management, audience segmentation, CRM integration, data quality, reporting, and marketing technology optimization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Marketo power user with strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills who can independently build, validate, optimize, and support marketing automation programs. This individual will partner closely with Marketing, CRM, Sales Enablement, Data, Digital Marketing, and business stakeholders to drive effective campaign execution and performance.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Marketing Automation Campaign Execution
- Build, QA, schedule, and launch email campaigns and related assets including emails, forms, landing pages, programs, tokens, and smart campaigns.
- Develop and manage audience segmentation, smart lists, trigger campaigns, workflow logic, and campaign membership rules.
- Ensure campaign accuracy through thorough validation of assets, audience criteria, links, tokens, forms, and tracking parameters.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and optimize performance.
Nurture Programs and Lead Lifecycle Management
- Build and maintain nurture programs, engagement streams, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Support lead scoring, audience qualification, lead routing, and sales handoff processes.
- Recommend and implement improvements to nurture strategies, segmentation, campaign logic, and engagement performance.
Audience Segmentation and Data Management
- Manage audience lists and segmentation based on industry, service line, behavioral, firmographic, and buyer-intent data.
- Support audience targeting strategies and suppression logic.
- Monitor data quality, including duplicate records, incomplete profiles, bot activity, and engagement anomalies.
CRM Integration and Governance
- Support ongoing operations between Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics 365, including sync monitoring, troubleshooting, campaign synchronization, and field governance.
- Manage imports, exports, data hygiene, suppression processes, and record validation.
- Help maintain data standards and key marketing attribution fields.
Reporting and Analytics
- Produce and analyze campaign performance reports, including engagement, conversion, attribution, lead progression, and ROI metrics.
- Use Power BI and reporting tools to validate results, identify issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support reporting accuracy and performance measurement across marketing initiatives.
Forms, Personalization, and Conversion Optimization
- Support Marketo and website forms, form tracking, routing, hidden fields, and post-submission workflows.
- Assist with personalization, dynamic content, landing page optimization, and conversion improvements.
- Ensure accurate tracking and data capture across digital experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate promotional asset reviews and campaign execution activities.
- Align marketing automation campaigns with broader buyer journey strategies.
- Collaborate with digital, content, social, and paid media teams on campaign planning, testing, and optimization.
AI and Marketing Technology
- Utilize approved AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot for Work, to improve efficiency in campaign execution, reporting, QA, analysis, and documentation.
- Support evaluation and adoption of marketing technology enhancements and integrations.
- Document workflows, processes, and best practices to improve team effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of hands-on Adobe Marketo Engage experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Marketo programs, smart campaigns, smart lists, tokens, forms, landing pages, nurture programs, and segmentation.
- Experience independently building, launching, and troubleshooting marketing automation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, audience targeting, suppression logic, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance, attribution, and marketing ROI.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketo Certified Expert, Marketo Certified Professional, or similar certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Marketo-Dynamics integrations.
- Experience with Bombora or other buyer-intent platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page troubleshooting.
- Experience with email and campaign-building tools such as Knak.
- Familiarity with Optimizely, web CMS platforms, form tracking, campaign attribution, lead source governance, email deliverability, and compliance regulations.
- Experience mentoring team members on Marketo, campaign processes, QA standards, and documentation.
