As an Associate Electrical Laboratory Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of the electrical test infrastructure that supports product development and validation. Your work will help enable high-quality testing and faster innovation for technologies that make a positive difference for our customers and industries worldwide.
You will lead laboratory operations, drive equipment availability, and create an environment where testing teams can perform at their best. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the operation and development of electrical test infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient laboratory performance.
Drive equipment uptime through calibration planning, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain uninterrupted laboratory services and support business priorities.
Manage laboratory operations, risk mitigation activities, and budget planning to support sustainable performance and continuous improvement.
Develop and empower a laboratory team while promoting safety, technical capability, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Strong expertise in electrical systems such as transformers, motors, switchgear, cables, feeders, drives, and related test infrastructure.
Experience leading laboratory operations and improving equipment reliability, calibration programs, and maintenance practices.
Knowledge of control systems and industrial automation technologies, including PLC- or DCS-based environments and variable frequency drives.
Understanding of laboratory quality and compliance frameworks, including calibration processes and relevant industry standards.
Proven stakeholder management, communication, project management, and people leadership skills with the ability to drive improvements across teams.
