Job Description

Role Specification:

Very advanced understanding of specialized practice area, broad knowledge of multiple disciplines, and a deep understanding of the overall enterprise and competitive environment. Contributes to development of enterprise objectives achieving goals in creative and effective ways. Has distinct, independent ownership of a function or specialization. Works on significant and unique issues requiring analysis of various factors and intangibles. Uses advanced logic to make complex judgments with a noticeable impact on business results. Creates and is responsible for budgets based on practice area and departmental needs and strategy. Viewed as an advisor to Senior Leadership. May manage multiple layers. Leads and directs short- and long-term department staffing needs and development. Has strategic relationships within the practice area, department, company, regulatory community, and the broader industry

Basic Qualifications

• Licensed by and in good standing with the appropriate state bar association or other appropriate state attorney licensing authority
  
  
  

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 12 to 15 or more years of relevant experience
• Thorough and current knowledge of laws and regulations impacting the subject matter and/or business line supported by the attorney
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
