Duties Of Position : (include specific duties and responsibilites)
- To prepare and update work instructions for the products.
- FMEA & Control Plan document Preparation for the Products being handled.
- Daily monitor the Yield trends & Performances.
- Drive CFT for the internal and Customer failures
- Review customer documents, drawings and specifications to incorporate in internal procedure
- To prepare the Customer Weekly/Monthly Reports.
- Preparation of CoC / CoA and release of shipment.
- Preparation of FAR
- Conduct process audit , ESD audit to Comply to QMS / Product requirements
- DHR (Device History Record) preparation, coordination and release
- Monitor and support the NCMR & RMA process
