Role Summary And Impact

As part of our Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will partner with teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia to lead high-impact, multi-market social media strategies. This role is for an experienced social media leader who can blend creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end paid and organic social media initiatives, overseeing execution across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels—ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance and aligned with global brand objectives.

Skillset And Experience

Social Media Strategy & Leadership

  • Act as the lead and primary contact for social media marketing across global markets.
  • Shape cross-platform paid social media strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Serve as the custodian of activation excellence in social channels, ensuring best practices and innovation.

Campaign Activation & Optimization

  • Oversee campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, optimization, and reporting across all social platforms.
  • Partner with creative teams to deliver platform-native assets that boost engagement and conversions.
  • Leverage A/B testing and advanced analytics to maximize ROI.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong partnerships with internal market teams, creative agencies, and platform reps.
  • Advise markets on social-first campaign strategies, localizing while maintaining global consistency.

Operational Excellence

  • Adopt SOPs, playbooks, and toolkits for social media activation.
  • Ensure compliance with global taxonomy, platform governance, and brand safety standards.
  • Identify and integrate automation, AI, and performance tools to enhance workflows.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists.
  • Drive skill development in emerging trends such as short-form video, influencer collaborations, and social commerce.

Innovation & Growth

  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in social commerce, AR/VR experiences, and creator-led campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid social media.
  • Proven track record managing multi-market social campaigns at scale.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other key platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools like Smartly.io, HubSpot, 4C, Scibids, Google Studio.
  • Experience building and training high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision-making.

Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
