Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis I to join our Structured Debt Business team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Under direct guidance, work with internal and external datasets and client reference data and provide analysis in the development of statistical, financial and/or econometric models for analyzing asset performance, securities data, risk exposure or other sophisticated concepts.
  • Provide analytical support and prepare drafts of standard and ad hoc reports for assigned area. With general guidance, support assigned areas with basic statistical and quantitative analyses. Sometimes perform more advanced analyses.
  • Run models, look for exceptions, take corrective action. Have some knowledge of technology tools used to conduct analyses. Apply techniques such as SQL, querying and macro development to extract data for populating models.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree in quantitative analysis preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in quantitative finance or technology preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in SQL or Microsoft Excel VBA or Microsoft Access preferred.
