The job roles and responsibilities are,

➤ Select appropriate imagery, graphics, and visual elements to complement product listings in the menu and enhance overall aesthetics aligned with Clients preferences

➤ Ability to conduct thorough reviews of menus to identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement

➤ Ability to accomplish/complete a task(s) while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved while producing an error-free menu

➤ Prioritize tasks effectively, considering their urgency and impact on overall operations.

Requirements

Years of Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of International Voice Experience.

Required Skills

The candidate should have the below skill sets,

➢ Proficient in written & verbal communication.

➢ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and cross-functions

➢ Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and quick thinking

➢ Ability to create and update menu content to reflect changes in offerings, seasonal specials, and pricing adjustments

➢ Excellent time management skills with quality and accuracy as number one priority.

➢ Should be flexible with Rotational Shifts & rotational week offs.
