Roles And Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations to maintain excellent standards in customer service, cleanliness, and compliance at all times.
Support overall sales growth through effective merchandising, promotional execution, and proactive sales floor engagement.
Analyze sales performance reports, monitor key metrics, and implement timely initiatives to meet revenue targets.
Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional performance and support their professional development.
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with supply chain teams for replenishment and stock accuracy.
Lead visual merchandising efforts, ensuring appealing and organized product presentations aligned with brand standards.
