Job Description

Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday HCM functional configuration.

Hands-on functional configuration experience in on one or more modules listed below.

Core-HR Administer workforce Absence Management Time Tracking Recruitment Talent/Performance Management System

Must be an expert in Workday HCM (includes Organization, Job setup, Compensation, security, Business process) configuration and process design.

Experience in all phases of the workday implementation cycle, including analysis, design, unit-test, system test, deployment and Production support.

Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services

Tasked to translate business requirements and functional design into Technical Design in Workday terminologies

Works closely with business analysts to make sure that functional and technical design are aligned with set standard functions

Execute thorough testing to ensure a bug-free application before handing it over for user testing

Participate in Workday Releases

Collaborate with people necessary to complete tasks assigned on agreed target time

Responsible for completing development within agreed target deliver date

Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Good exposure to MS-Office tools.

Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to functional areas

Willing to work in shifts.

Having Workday certification will be an added advantage.
