Assistant Finance Manager

Tawazon Chemical Co. LLC is a multinational organization that has been in operation for over three decades. The head office is located in Dubai with subsidiary operations at various locations, covering markets in Africa, Middle East, Subcontinent and South East Asia.

This role is responsible for managing accounting operations and ensuring timely compliance with GST, statutory audit, tax audit, and transfer pricing requirements. The role will coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and tax consultants to maintain accurate financial records and statutory compliance.

• Manage overall accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, input tax credit, and supporting documentation.
• Lead and coordinate statutory audit activities and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
• Manage tax audit requirements, including preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Handle transfer pricing documentation and coordinate with external consultants/advisors.
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable tax, accounting, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Review financial reconciliations and resolve accounting or compliance discrepancies.
• Monitor compliance calendars and ensure timely submission of statutory returns and reports.
• Support management with financial reports and analysis.
• Guide and supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.

5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation and audit
