Architect ATC

We are seeking a GenAI Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Generative AI solutions across the enterprise. This role will be pivotal in establishing a robust SDLC framework tailored for GenAI projects, ensuring scalability, compliance, and ethical AI practices. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in AI/ML with strong architectural vision and experience in enterprise-grade software delivery.

At least 15+ years of experience with 2+ years of experience in GEN AI architecture

Ability to use AI coding platforms such as AWS Kiro/Claude Code/Copilot to generate boilerplate, refactor complex Java Spring Boot microservices, and build responsive Angular components.

Proven experience as an AI/ML Architect or Enterprise Architect with focus on Generative AI.

Strong expertise in LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, and multimodal AI.

Hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc.).

Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and their adaptation to AI/ML workflows.

Strong understanding of data governance, model lifecycle management, and AI ethics.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise-scale AI deployments.

Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Exposure to compliance frameworks for AI (ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
