Application Support

Essential Qualifications

Work in UK shift 2-11 PM IST

Application Support

Maintain application support for Ensura, a custom built Progress 4GL/Database application in the USA in concert with UK-based resources

Work with business users and IT staff to troubleshoot difficult operational, data and exceptions issues· Manage the ongoing operations of legacy applications and integration processes to our business partners
Work with Business Facing (BA) teams to identify training and/or process improvement opportunities
Oversees systems testing including unit, UAT, regression, pre-production and production transfer. Post-Launch Support- Works closely with support teams to resolve post-launch issues.
Application Maintenance-Maintains applications by working closely with# support teams to understand upkeep/enhancement requirements
Service Level Agreements-Ensures SLAs are defined from the business facing groups and adhered to.
Incident Management Leading to resolution of incidents.
