Roles And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend applications using Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Apply strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles and design patterns to produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Work with RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (Cassandra) for data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Implement and maintain solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).
• Utilize modern CI/CD pipelines, SCM tools, and automated deployment processes to streamline software delivery.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to TDD/BDD best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including business analysts, QA, and DevOps — to deliver robust software solutions.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design discussions, and architecture reviews.
• Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and scalability through proactive refactoring and modernization efforts.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to improving engineering practices within the team.
