Shift Timing: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST

Job Summary/Mohr Intro

Mohr Management India Private Limited, a subsidiary of Mohr Partners, Inc., is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented individual to join our Corporate Accounting team. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing the full spectrum of AP/AR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable
    • Enter and code vendor invoices correctly into the accounting system.
    • Verify approvals and ensure alignment with contracts or purchase terms.
    • Track due dates and prepare payment schedules.
    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Maintain AP records for audit readiness.


  • Accounts Receivable / Collections
    • Generate invoices and send to clients per billing schedule.
    • Monitor AR aging daily and follow up with clients via email/phone for payment.
    • Record payments and reconcile customer accounts.
    • Escalate overdue balances to management with status notes.
    • Prepare weekly AR and collections reports.


  • Commission Processing
    • Review commission agreements and validate deal details.
    • Calculate commissions and prepare payout documentation.
    • Maintain an updated commission tracker for reporting purposes.


  • Month-End & General Accounting
    • Assist with AP and AR accruals and reconciliations during month-end close.
    • Support journal entry preparation when needed.
    • Maintain proper documentation per internal control requirements.


  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
    • Minimum 2 years of AP and AR experience, with hands-on collections exposure.
    • Experience working in QuickBooks and Zoho (preferred).
    • Exposure to US-based accounting processes or US shift work is a plus.
    • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliations).

    • Physical Requirements
    • Involves work of a general office nature
    • Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
    • Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
    • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
    • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
    • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
