Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

  • Develop an environment of continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process improvement, task automation, and procedural standardization within finance shared services to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate closely with finance and other operational teams to identify impactful process enhancements, deliver value, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Support on S4 HANA integration from Business stand point
  • End to End responsibility of Service Accounting managing -


External service revenue accounting and reporting. Includes revenue forecast, reconciliations, reporting and assisting with SOX controls request.

Managing service HQ inventory accounting and reporting including world-wide service plants semi-annual standard change updates, inventory recons, IFR (Inventory Forecast Reporting) Purchase Price Variance/ Work Order variance analysis, accounting / reporting.

Working with GSS HQ (US Accounting team, Operations team, and Regional Admins) for meeting all compliance requirements

Working with SAP IT finance team to fix any issue in SAP reporting modules, specifically MM and IB to ensure accurate reporting and accounting, while eliminating the need for any manual intervention

Driving improvement and Automation projects across Service division .

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.Com, semi-qualified/qualified professional (CA/ICWAI) with minimum 10+ years of overall experience post qualification.
  • Experience in Inventory and revenue accounting.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement, and implementing financial systems, processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.
